Muscle Manager ("the App") is developed by Biagio Cutone. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect users' information.

1. Data we collect

We collect the following data so that the App can work:

Name and email address (to create the account)
Training data (workout plans, exercises, progress, body measurements)
Membership and medical certificate expiry dates
Activity data within the App (training frequency, recorded sessions)

2. Purposes of processing

The data is used exclusively to:

Provide the gym management service
Let the manager manage athletes and trainers
Show the user their progress and statistics
Send notifications about expiry dates (membership, medical certificate)

3. Data storage

Data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication), which is GDPR compliant. Servers are located in the European Union or in the United States according to Google Cloud policies.

4. Data sharing

Data is neither sold nor shared with third parties, except for:

Google Firebase (technical infrastructure)
Google AdMob (advertising in the free version for athletes)

5. Camera

The App requests access to the camera exclusively to scan QR codes during login. Images captured by the camera are never saved, transmitted or shared in any way. Access is used in real time only to decode the QR code.

6. Advertising

The App shows ads through Google AdMob to users with the "athlete" role. Google may collect anonymous data to personalise ads. For more information: Google Privacy Policy.

7. Your rights

At any time you can:

Request the deletion of your account and your data
Request a copy of your data
Correct inaccurate data by contacting us

8. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
